Concrete Finisher

Job Description

D&O Crane is hiring concrete finishers to complete smooth, consistent finishes on poured concrete. You will work as part of a construction crew in a team focused environment and report to a project manager or foreman. This work takes place outdoors in all weather and requires travel to job sites. The role suits someone who knows their tools, pays attention to detail, and can handle physical work for long hours.

Responsibilities

Finish and smooth poured concrete surfaces.
Set forms and prepare areas for incoming concrete.
Position concrete trucks and guide pours.
Spread, level, and shape concrete according to project requirements.
Patch damaged areas and repair older concrete when needed.
Clean and maintain finishing tools.
Operate tools and equipment as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

Communicate clearly to maintain safe job sites.
Follow instructions and coordinate with coworkers.
Operate vehicles and equipment safely.
Previous concrete finishing or construction experience is preferred.
Pass all required drug testing.
Understand basic tool and equipment maintenance.
Handle strenuous physical work in changing weather conditions.
Lift more than 50 pounds when required.

Salary

Pay is based on experience.
