Electrician

Job Description

D&O Crane is hiring an electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting on commercial job sites. This role requires real field experience with both simple and complex electrical systems or completion of an approved apprenticeship. You will work directly on active job sites, diagnose electrical issues, and ensure all work meets code and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting.
Perform routine electrical maintenance.
Inspect transformers, breakers, and related electrical components.
Troubleshoot issues with proper testing equipment.
Repair or replace wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
Follow National Electrical Code along with state and local regulations.
Complete corrective maintenance on circuit breakers.
Use testing devices safely and accurately.
Maintain compliance and safe work practices on all job sites.

Requirements

Completion of an electrician apprenticeship is preferred.
Previous experience working as an electrician.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, maintenance, and repair.
Pass all mandatory drug screening.

Salary
