Laborer

Job Description

D&O Crane is hiring a laborer to handle physical job site tasks and support skilled crews throughout Northern Arizona. This work changes day to day and involves cleaning, material handling, equipment movement, and basic site preparation. You will dig, lift, carry, assemble, and assist wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. This role is physical and steady, and it suits someone who wants reliable work and an active job with room to grow.

Responsibilities

Carry out daily physical tasks assigned by the site supervisor.
Follow all company and job site safety standards.
Move, load, unload, or secure materials.
Support tasks that may require on the job training.
Use light or heavy equipment when assigned.
Relocate tools, materials, or equipment as directed.
Assist skilled craftspeople with daily operations.

Requirements

Read labels, warnings, and safety guidelines accurately.
Stay alert and focused to maintain safe site conditions.
Follow instructions and communicate with coworkers.
Operate vehicles and equipment safely.
Previous labor or construction experience is preferred.
Pass all mandatory drug testing.
Understand basic tool and equipment use.
Handle physical work for long hours in variable conditions.
Lift more than 50 pounds when required.
